Mountain Blue Penstemon (Penstemon laetus var. sagittatus) is a native perennial herb that grows in Northern California, primarily in the Klamath Mountain Range, the Cascade Range Foothills and High Cascade Range regions. It tends to grow at elevations from 2000-5200 feet.
