Epilobium hybrid. This is a really nice easy to grow fuchsia that grows low and spreading. It has really bright red flowers in the late summer to fall which makes it a great addition to a bird or butterfly garden because the blooming season isn't in the spring. It also makes a great option for bordering a pathway. It is also relatively cold hardy up to 15 F. Tolerates almost any soil type. Prefers sun in coastal sites, and sun or part shade in inland sites. Selected for the garden.
