Roving Sailor (Maurandella antirrhiniflora) is a rare native perennial herb that grows in southern California. It is fast growing and moderately long-lived. It grows in a rounded form to a height of 0.8 feet, with active growth during the spring. Flowers are purple and striking, and bloom in the mid spring. Leaves are medium green and deciduous. It tends to grow at elevations from 0-8500 feet.
