Plant description

Trixis (Trixis californica var. californica) is a native shrub that grows in Southern and Central California, primarily in the Desert Mountains, the Mojave Desert and Sonoran Desert regions. It tends to grow in dry rocky slopes, at elevations from 0-3300 feet.
