Mother provides affordable landscape design services to local DIYers looking to install the garden themselves. Our design service includes: a consultation for up to one hour with the client to discuss their goals, break down the process, and answer any questions. The hand drawn designs are to scale with a plant list included, as well as extensive notes, an interactive plant portfolio, referrals and resources.

The plants used in Mother Natives’ designs are either native to California, edible, medicinal, or regionally-appropriate. Mother specializes in natural gardens using all native plants. Clients are given enough information and resources to handle the installation of the project themselves.
