Carrizo fiddleneck (Amsinckia tessellata var. gloriosa) is an annual in the Boraginaceae or Borage family that grows  on sandy or shaly hills and slopes and in shrublands in southern California. It often forms expansive, dense populations in the Carrizo Plains. Also known as bristly fiddleneck or large flowered devil's fiddleneck, this variety is similar to common bristly fiddleneck (Amsinckia tessellate) but its coiled flower cluster holds yellow to orange tubular flowers that are somewhat larger. It is also less widely distributed.

This plant flowers from March to June.
