Grinnell's Beardtongue (Penstemon grinnellii var. scrophularioides) is a native perennial herb that grows in Southern and Central California, primarily in the Sierra Nevada Foothills, the High Sierra Nevada and Transverse Range regions. It tends to grow at elevations from 1600-8200 feet.
